Acceptance of Terms

Description of Service

Heic2 provides a free, browser-based image conversion tool. All processing occurs client-side, meaning your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use Heic2 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: use the Service for any illegal activity, attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, reverse-engineer or modify our code, or use automated systems to abuse the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any files you process through the Service.

Intellectual Property

Heic2, the Heic2 logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

The underlying technology, including our conversion engine and website code, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Heic2 is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Since all processing happens locally, we have no control over the input files you choose to process.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We make no guarantees about the quality or accuracy of converted files. Output quality depends on input file characteristics and your chosen settings.

Privacy

Your use of Heic2 is also governed by our गोपनीयता नीति. Please review it to understand our data handling practices.

Key privacy principle: all image processing happens in your browser. We never have access to your images.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation.

We strive to maintain backwards compatibility but may need to make breaking changes to support new formats or technologies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
